When you create your Yetto account, the app creates a unique email address for each repository that's connected to Yetto based on the repository name and GitHub account name, such as
[repository]@[acccount].yettoapp.com. Yetto uses this email address to directly send and receive emails to and from GitHub issues.
To finish setting up Yetto, you must configure your email service to forward emails from your existing support email address to your unique Yetto address. For example, if you currently receive support emails at
support@your_company.com, you must forward emails from that address to your new
[repository]@[acccount].yettoapp.com email address.
Every email provider is slightly different, so you must review your email provider's documentation to set up email forwarding correctly. See these common providers' documentation:
